Complete training in construction with further training for the polishing/overpolishing or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in civil engineering Experience in the management of construction site teams and entrepreneurs Good knowledge of VOB and relevant safety regulations Organisational strength, enforcement and sense of responsibility Self-employed and structured work Teamability and Communication Strength Safe handling of construction plans and construction site documentation driving licence class B
