Your tasks as HR Payroll Specialist (w|m|d) include: Operational daily business with a focus on the implementation of the monthly pay bill Input and maintenance of master and movement data into the LOGA (P&I) accounting system Issue of certificates according to the applicable statutory provisions of the service providers Ensuring and coordinating the proper calculation of personnel costs with Finance Monitoring and support of audits Cooperation in projects

For this role, you should have the following skills and experiences: Training as a human resource manager or a comparable qualification or an economic study Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting Extensive knowledge of pay tax and social security law, labour law and collective bargaining law Knowledge of the time economy Very good MS Office (especially Excel) knowledge and ideally user knowledge of the software P&I LOGA Open and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders as well as a structured and analytical way of thinking
