Management & Responsibility: Technical and organizational management of patient intake at Campus Süd incl. Personnel responsibility Support, development and motivation of employees and support of change processes in the team Processes & Control

Responsibility for correct, economic and legal patient intake Analysis, control and continuous optimization of recording processes taking into account legal, organizational and digital requirements Active participation in digitalization and standardization projects Interfaces and cooperation

Central contact person for clinics, chief physicians and administrative departments

Close cooperation with adjacent departments to ensure smooth operations

Operating insights

Situative support in patient intake's operating daily business

Ensuring service-oriented patient care including Advice on voting services

Completed commercial or medical training or studies in healthcare Multiannual professional experience in the hospital environment, ideal in patient intake or billing

First leadership experience or clear motivation to assume leadership responsibility Experience in controlling and optimizing processes desirable Secure handling of computer systems (MS Office), ideally knowledge of ORBIS Embossed communication and service orientation Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation
