Lead Solution Delivery Manager (m/w/d)

from now on and in full time at one of our BWI locations.

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

Solution Delivery Management (SDM) is responsible for fulfilling the contract and forms the entrepreneur pair with Account Management (AM). It is the contact person for the contracting entity with regard to contractual aspects and represents the interface between performance-providing units and customer Bundeswehr (Bw) in the performance phase of the contract. The enrolled body is responsible for providing services and services in areas of clusters CDI and ISS.

Your profile:

• Completed subject-related university studies or comparable knowledge
• At least 6 years of professional experience in customer support
• High customer and quality orientation as well as excellent presentation and moderation capability
• Outstanding technical knowledge in the areas to be supervised and economic knowledge in the area of cost / turnover
• High enforcement and communication skills as well as conflict and problem-solving potential
• Innovative and targeted thinking and high stress resistance

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the coordination between customers (performance content), AM (contractual framework conditions) and service providers in service delivery (conversion)
• Head or representative in the relevant committees, including coordination of the delivery participants and other necessary/participating units
• Total coordination of technical performance obligations as internal contractor
• Management of the “Budgets” in cooperation with the corresponding business partners and performance-generating units in business planning and forecast
