Corporate Lawyer / In-house Counsel (Part-time) (m/f/d)

At the closest possible time, we are looking for a structured and pragmatic personality as a corporate lawyer / Syndikusjurist (m/w/d) in parttime at about 20h. In this role, you take over the processing of diverse legal issues, answer the contract and act as an important contact person for different business areas. You work closely with the commercial management and external lawyers and are also involved in corporate, labour law and property law issues.

You are responsible for various companies in all current legal issues and are on the side of internal departments as competent contact persons You are responsible for contract management and create, examine and negotiate in particular lease, lease, service and other business contracts You deal with corporate issues and accompany, among other things, shareholder meetings, decisions and commercial issues You support labour law issues and work closely with the relevant departments You are responsible for property issues and coordinate cooperation with notaries and external lawyers and other partners You actively contribute to the development of existing contractual structures and processes and contribute to pragmatic and sustainable solutions

Successfully completed studies in law or comparable qualifications, for example as a full lawyer, a qualified journalist or a business lawyer (m/w/d) Professional experience in the field of corporate law, contract law or in a comparable legal function Ideal experience in a firm, a medium-sized company, a group of companies or a family office Knowledge of company, contract, work or real estate law is advantageous Structured, independent and pragmatic working and a high level of responsibility Commitment, discretion and interest in long-term cooperation
