Do you want to use your legal expertise specifically in healthcare and provide competent support to medical facilities in complex damage cases? In this position, you are responsible for the optimal care of medical facilities (such as hospitals, MVZ, established doctors, KH associations) and thus contribute to customer loyalty. Also suitable for experienced insurance businessmen with legal affinity. An activity as a syndicate attorney is not possible. • Individually responsible treatment of damages from the healing area • Comprehensive advice and support of customers / large customers in the regulation of damages by the insurer • Examination of cover and liability issues, especially in the field of hospital liability • Advice to local customers (Corporate and Medical Management, Legal Departments, Quality and Risk Management, Medical Staff) • Technical detection and treatment of damages • Examination of questions of property and liability • Data analysis with focus on risk management • preparation of relevant legal topics including publication and presentation from the field of medical liability and medical law

• Completed legal studies (full lawyer, graduate lawyer, LL.B., LL.M.) or training in insurance, with additional qualification • Interest in medical and medical liability law – prior knowledge is welcome, but no requirement • Embossed communication and negotiation skills • Teamability and independent and reliable operation • Strong service orientation with the ability to act independently • Sovereign handling of modern IT systems and MS-Office
