BIM-based planning (LP 1-9 / HOAI) for the HKLS and ELT plants (technical building equipment and building technology) Work for creating performance directories HKLS and ELT to costing department Creation of design and execution plans using modern CAD software and BIM-based planning Creation of calculations, schemes and development of technical concepts in the fields of HKLS and ELT independent project management and Work in the performance phases 1-5 of HOAI in the fields of heating and refrigeration, ventilation systems and sanitary facilities

Completed vocational training/study as an engineer:in, technician:in or master:in Project experience in the TGA LP 1-9 Very good knowledge in Excel and Word (First) Experiences in the planning of TGA structures and construction management of residential/office, commercial and industrial new buildings and renovations. Self-employed, cross-disciplinary coordination of all trades Cost awareness and innovative thinking, along with good communicative skills, negotiation skills and enforcement Driving permit B car/small buses (old: FS 3) mandatory
