Currently we are looking for an intern (m/w/d) at Munich (about 170 employees) for a 6- to 9-month period Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You are enthusiastic and like to be part of a team? You support operational personnel management along the entire employee-life cycle You create and manage important documents such as work contracts, certificates and certificates and first reportings You care and update our internal personal databases and our intranet You support us with different HR projects You will work with new employees onboarding and take care of timely response to employee requests You collect and manage working hours of our employees You carry out your own research

You are a student (m/w/d) in economic psychology, economics, economics, economics, cultural and humanities, sociology, etc., with a focus on HR or a high affinity for the area You are at least in the 3rd Bachelor semester of your studies You draw from communication strength, sense of responsibility and conscience Quality and efficiency are very important in your daily work Absolute confidentiality in handling sensitive data is of course for you Service orientation and healthy pragmatism characterize you You are familiar with the MS Office package, especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1) as well as good English skills (B2) that complete your profile
