(Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/w/d) that legally accompanies our company as a legal representative, strategically advises and ensures that our structures keep pace with our growth.

Take the legal responsibility for our company – from contract design to compliance Rate our teams to make informed decisions on a secure legal basis. Design, test and negotiate contracts with customers, partners and suppliers – with a focus on scalability, risk balancing and practical solutions. Examine internal data protection management and ensure that our processes are GDPR compliant. Structure and maintain our contract management as well as all relevant templates, AGBs and NDAs. Develop policies, data protection information and contract processing contracts together with internal stakeholders and external partners. Evaluate legal risks in projects, products and cooperations and provide concrete recommendations for action. Ensure that all legal documentation, policies and company documents are complete, up-to-date and comprehensible. Take responsibility for compliance, integrity and quality in all legally relevant processes. Promote the continuous development of efficient legal processes in the company.

Full jury:with at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel – ideally in the digital or SaaS-oriented B2B environment. Knowledge of contract law, IT law and data protection law (GDPR). as well as optional knowledge in company law or international contract law. The ability to translate complex legal issues in a comprehensible, pragmatic and business-oriented manner. High self-responsibility, structured working and professional judgment. Flowing German and English skills
