Working agenda: Your application

• organisational preparation, implementation and follow-up of committee meetings within clearly defined processes
• timely compilation and quality assurance of meeting documents in cooperation with the relevant departments
• Coordination with experts on technical documents and organisational issues
• Organisation of the entire meeting framework – from rooms and technology to catering and time management
• Maintaining mandate and committee overviews as well as supporting the annual schedule

Your skills**

• successfully completed commercial, administrative or comparable vocational training
• experience in committee management, in the organisation of meetings or comparable coordinating activities
• ideally experience in the Sparkassen financial group or association work
• strong organisational skills and a structured and careful working
• secure handling of Excel and common Microsoft Office applications
• With your secure knowledge of German (min. C2), you contribute to ensuring that our communication – both internally and externally – succeeds smoothly and professionally
