Central contact person for employees and patients with organizational questions Planning and coordination of patient appointments within the prescribed 3-week therapy cycles (termination and placement in the TIKANIS patient management system) Care and coordination of individual patient schedules in cooperation with the treating therapists Organisation of representations in short-term absences (sickness, holidays) in close coordination with the departments Care and updating of the TDA utility (work hours, holiday and disease data of employees) Document Management: Request of Findings, Shipping of Doctor's Letters, Postal Care Administration Participation in the internal department of multimodal pain therapy

MFA (m/w/d) or similar training Multi-year professional experience Flexibility and organizational skills EDV knowledge in the relevant office applications Safe occurrence Team and communication skills High motivation Large load capacity
