What you do with us

You carry out the documentation of processes as a basis for an internal control system (IKS) with the help of the Microsoft Visio Tool after an incorporation. You create written work instructions for new employees from process documentation. You collect all existing data controls and their documentation on our EU Finance Sharepoint. You discuss the established data controls with the Head of Accounting&Repirting, You support us in monthly and quarterly accounts for our holding in the EU, e.g. by checking bookings and checking accounts. Get to know the routine processes in accounting. You help with the billing of new or modified business transactions or billing, such as cost accounting, reinsurance bookings or inter-company bookings. This allows you to learn how to translate new facts into accounting and accounting. You support us in various projects such as the establishment of new branches in accounting or the standardization and automation of standard processes with modern accounting software from Flowers. As a Japanese insurer, we place special emphasis on digital processes and live the Kaizen principle. You work closely with colleagues at different interfaces, for example in the branches, in the actuariat, in law or in distribution. This allows you to learn how work orders are coordinated and done across the function. After consultation, you carry out independent routine work or project responsibility that matches your skills.

You are in the main course of business management, mathematics, computer science or other disciplines - ideally with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling and/or insurance. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in project work in a financial service company. You are interested in AI applications, digitalization and automation and process optimization and count yourself to the digitally affine people. You bring advanced knowledge to Microsoft 365 applications. You are characterized by a high self-initiative, structuring & reliability. You have fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are an active, conceptually working and communicating team player.
