Fleet management – support in the management and updating of the fleet and cost analyses Purchasing – you support orders, offer comparisons and master data maintenance. Quality management – support in process optimization, documentation and preparation of audits Work security Updating documents such as operating instructions Engineering – Support of the Planning Team General administration – Help with organizing meetings and events, filing and document management and support daily correspondence

You are immaculate at a university, ideally in an economic or technical course. Reliability – Proven tasks will end you conscientiously. Ordinance – numbers, lists and documents may be structured cleanly. Readiness to learn – You dare to work in new tools, processes and topics. Interest in process optimisation – You ask questions like “Why do we do this?” and “Does it easier?” knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a routined handling of MS Office complete your profile.
