For our area Human Resources (HR) we are looking for

You support the HR team in general administrative activities in daily business. You maintain and update personal master data as well as information in our HR systems. You create, manage and archive personal documents and documents. You coordinate appointments and assist in preparing and updating meetings. You support the planning, implementation and follow-up of HR projects. You are actively working on projects in the fields of support, controlling and digitalization. You create presentations, evaluations and project documents for internal stakeholders. You independently take part in projects and introduce your ideas to optimize HR processes.

You are an immatricated student, ideally focusing on business management, economics, psychology, human resources management or a comparable degree program. You are interested in personal business topics and HR processes. You work independently, reliably and structured. You bring a high degree of organizational skill and accuracy. You have a strong communication capability, are happy to work in the team and enjoy dealing with people. You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You want to work up to 20 hours a week during your studies.
