Together, we develop intelligent, automated processes that make working day significantly more efficient along our value chain. In this role, you combine analytical thinking with technical understanding and actively shape the further development of our automation landscape – from idea to stable operation.

Workflow development: You develop, operate and maintain robust workflows for process automation, from conception to productive use. Platform development: You are responsible for the construction and continuous development of our internal automation platform. Interfaces & data integration: You actively participate in the connection and integration of different data sources and interfaces. Quality & operation: You are responsible for documentation, monitoring and quality assurance of the automation and ensure reliable and predictable processes. Collaboration: In close coordination with Data Science, BI, IT development and the specialist departments, you realize consistent and practical solutions. Standards & Best Practices: You are working on defining and developing standards, best practices and process optimization within the team. GenAI: You use and integrierst GenAI solutions to support analytical and automated processes. Analysis & Identification: You support the analysis of existing processes and identify automation potentials, for example in reporting processes, alerts or data-driven workflows.

Best conditions: You have successfully completed a commercial study with IT focus (e.g. business informatics), or a training as a specialist informant. Analytical Understanding: You have the pleasure of structured process design and to illustrate complex processes in a comprehensible and stable manner. Basic technical understanding: You bring a good understanding of data flows, automation, digitalization and technical relationships. Workflow experience: You already have first experience with workflow or automation tools – n8n is advantageous, but no requirement. Structure & implementation competence: You are able to translate complex requirements into clean, manageable and robust process steps. Communication: You are convinced by the strength of communication, are happy to work in an interdisciplinary manner and have fun in working with different disciplines. Working methods: High self-initiative, reliability and a structured and careful way of working. EDV knowledge: Ideally you have knowledge in Python, SQL, Git and JavaScript.
