Technical Center Manager - Full-time (m/f/d)

Become part of our team in Frankfurt as: Projektmanager (m/w/d) - Full-time

You enter and monitor the shopping center technically – you recognize defects, evaluate them professionally well-founded and prepare them auditable for external companies and trades. You control, control and take maintenance, maintenance and repair measures. You test, check and evaluate rental contracts from a technical and economic perspective. You act as an interface between technical requirements and commercial framework conditions of the Center. You work closely and trustfully with the Center Manager and report to them. You prioritize and implement technical topics in the daily business independently – you act like a center manager on site, but without disciplinary management. You are a contact person for tenants, service providers and external companies in all technical matters.

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable vocational training. You bring well-founded professional experience in the implementation of construction measures, ideally in the vicinity of shopping malls, commercial properties or hotels as the head of construction works. You have marked technical understanding coupled with a strong commercial focus. You have experience in deficiencies management, in alerts and coordination of external works. You can handle rental contracts and think business. You bring a high degree of self-responsibility, independent working and sense of responsibility. You like to communicate and work confidently with different contacts. The safe handling of Microsoft Office is of course for you. You work structured, solution-oriented and reliable.
