Head of Technical Insurance Department, Industrial Customers (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the Technical Insurance Division within our industrial customer business in the South region at Munich location You control the strategic and operational development of the business unit in the context of digitalization and transformation You are responsible for earnings across all distribution channels (conversion, income, damage rate, costs) as well as the planning and management of the annual targets (contribution development, damage rate, personnel and material costs) As Head of Technical Insurance (m/w/d), you take care of the development and development of product solutions and consulting approaches to achieving the growth and sales goals You analyze inventory, market and competition potentials for targeted business development You build business relationships with sales partners and brokers

You have completed your studies, for example in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience You have several years of experience in underwriting, in inventory and damage management in the field of technical insurance for industrial customers A well-founded practice in dealing with sales partners and industrial brokers You already have first leadership experience and competence in team management and team development Analytical Strength, Entrepreneurial Thinking and High Decision-making and Implementation Character You already have experience in transformation, change processes and cross-departmental cooperation You have a strong communication strength, network competence and innovation orientation
