novotegra GmbH is a manufacturer and inventor of the assembly system for photovoltaic systems of the same name and distributes its products to installers throughout Europe.

The assembly systems belonging to the portfolio are compatible with all common roof types and are characterised by high flexibility, reliability and high quality. Installers who build PV systems are supported with personal advice and a comprehensive training offer. novotegra GmbH is 100% a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. AG and has been acting as an independent company since 2021. All products are sold in Europe exclusively through the wholesale trade of BayWa r.e.

We are looking for you to strengthen our team in Tübingen as a structural planner:in / Statiker:in (m|w|d). Focusing on statics, you design with our developers:inside new components or complete assembly systems You describe, accompany and responsible for carrying out practical tests by your colleagues at the in-house measuring stand and conduct the carrying capacities of the previously designed components and systems via test series you translate the static calculation based on the determined load capacities into specifications and are the interface for implementing the system statistics to our software engineers of the in-house planning tool Solar-Planit around our systems and products you are the contact person(s):into static concerns and internally supports our technicians:inside or externally contacting business partners such as testing institutes or engineering offices to obtain our structural supervision approvals

You are a Statiker / Construction or Mechanical Engineer with experience in structural design or come from fastening technology and have experience in the static design of construction products You bring practical experience, you can reinstate yourself in the craftsmanship and are pragmatic in the solution-finding You are digitally affin, if necessary. Knowledge of software programming and look beyond the edge of the plate to develop you further You are responsible and your conscientious, structured and independent way of working out As flexible:r and ready to use:r team player:in you bring fun in technology and humor to our team
