Your tasks You can work with the management and implementation of the customer group strategy Living and Tourism in line with the overall banking strategy You give sales impulses, support the sales units in campaigns and thus have a share in fulfilling strategic sales goals You deal with market development and make adjustments to our products and financing criteria You evaluate customer group requirements, apply process/product adjustments and translate market requirements to the central areas Your daily business includes internal and external communication, preparation and implementation of events and knowledge transfer. You are the link to the employees of the sales units/regions

Your profile You have a degree in the field of business management and deepened knowledge in the field of real estate management You have over several years of professional experience in banking, especially in real estate financing for business customers. Ideally you already know the customer groups living and tourism and have experience in sales management You are able to identify complex relationships, translate them into financing planks and bring them to the point communicatively You have a strong knowledge of common office programs, Jira/ Confluence and SAM/salesforces You are well connected in the market You are open and solution-oriented to your stakeholders With everything you do, you always have the*the customer in sight
