Your profile

• completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g. as a specialist informant/in system integration, IT customer service provider, IT system electronics engineer, IT system buyer/wife, service technician/in IT, information electronics company, or comparable training or Experience
• good knowledge of German and English
• Class B licence desirable

Your duties

• Second level support on site
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in hardware, software, networks and communication systems
• Installation of hardware and software incl. Life Cycle Management in the Client Environment
