Data preparation, forecast creation and weekly E2E reporting to optimize delivery times and error analysis

Implementation of projects to improve delivery quality and display the impact on delivery performance

Analysis and clarification of inventory deviations, support of supply chain service providers and performance reviews

Processing of invoice requests, creation of credits and coordination with customer accounting

Preparation and monitoring of order requirements and organisation of waste management

Implementation of assistance tasks in the Customer Care Center and further development of analyses and reports focusing on automation and AI

completed economic studies

first professional experience in sales and basic knowledge in supply chain management

strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power BI in addition to a very good number understanding

outstanding time management and careful, independent and proactive operation
