In the course of a re-assessment, we are looking for a technically versed and commercialised management person who takes responsibility for the location in the West Palatinate. You come from high- or low-grade construction, are already responsible for employees, projects or construction sites today and want to take the next step towards location responsibility? · Operational location management including the leadership and further development of the existing team · Self-purchasing of materials and the disposition of personnel and machines · Coordination and control of ongoing construction projects and monitoring progress, quality and documentation · Own order calculation and creation of offers · Reporting to management and ensuring efficient cooperation in the group

· Complete technical training with further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) and a comparable civil engineering study · Multiannual experience as professional or disciplinary leadership in the construction sector · Funded knowledge of at least one of the areas: construction, civil engineering, cable construction, road construction, earth or road construction, plant and station construction or mast foundation construction · Team player with strong communication and enforcement strength · Joy in short decision-making, small structures and a pronounced hands-on mentality
