Your tasks:

• Supporting a solid customer base and processing of technical questions concerning filling machines and turn key systems
• Development of solutions for technical enquiries and incidents in coordination with specialist departments
• Organisation and support of emergency operations, contact person:in for technicians:inside
• Preparation and Participation in Business Review Meetings in cooperation with Customer Careers:inside
• Maintenance and documentation of customer requests in the CRM system
• Ensuring the deposit of completed solutions in the knowledge database

Your qualifications:

• Complete further training for technicians:in / master:in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics or several years of professional experience in technical support from special machine construction or comparable
• Alternatively, we would like to give experienced contractors / technicians (m/w/d) with deeper mechanical and mechatronic knowledge the opportunity to apply to the position in the service.
• Passion for service, analytical skills for complex relationships, high process understanding
• Good knowledge of German and English required
• Worldwide travel readiness for occasional journeys
