Our 10-person staff team looks after approx. 4,300 employees – a responsible task where you play a central role. They ideally have at least two years of experience in payroll accounting and have a well-founded knowledge of payroll and social insurance law. Completed training as a tax specialist, assistant/in salary or comparable commercial training At least two years of professional experience in wage accounting Knowledge of wage and social insurance law and basic knowledge of labour law Safe handling of DATEV (LODAS) and MS Office applications as well as affinity for digital processes Experience in digitization processes and the optimization of workflows or interest to be involved in this area Structured, careful and self-sponsored work High social competence, communication strength and team skills
