• Administrative support of HR Manager in all personal matters from the selection process for the places to be occupied to the termination of employment

• Contact person for employees on administrative HR topics

• Creation of work contracts, contract supplements and installations, testimonials, erosions and abortions as well as works council hearings

• Systemic time recording

• Preparatory activities for wage billing

• Switching job alerts and applicant management

• Collection and maintenance of administrative personnel data and personnel statistics

• Vocational training: commercial training or comparable qualification

• Specific IT skills: good HCM knowledge

• Other knowledge: Good knowledge of employment, tax and social insurance
