As an insurance mathematician, you develop a core for insurance rates and product innovations. You analyse mathematical and technical requirements and then convert them into a computer core. The calculator core runs on powerful and stable large-scale computer systems in COBOL. You accompany projects for contribution adjustments and product developments. You can also introduce your ideas - from concept to implementation.

Study of mathematics, economic mathematics or a comparable subject Experience in insurance mathematics, especially in health insurance Ideally, you already have experience with COBOL, but if you as a mathematician have the will to work into the language and the existing computing cores, this is also a perfect prerequisite. Joy of analytical work in order to implement complex relationships in program processes If you have experience with other languages such as Java, Python or R, this is a plus Good German knowledge
