For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a machine and plant leader / machine operator (m/w/d) in full time, also for direct hire.

Your tasks:

• Plant operation: control, equipping and monitoring of sintering and furnace plants during production operation.
• Process control: Checking technical parameters to ensure continuous media and energy supply.
• Production management: loading and unloading of fuel plates, use of band saw and press as well as performing production-preparing work.
• Quality assurance: Dimensional and visual control of manufactured components based on defined test criteria.
• Order documentation: collection and tracking of all relevant production data.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: completed training in a recognised technical or craft occupation – e.g. as a machine and plant operator (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Practical experience: Professional experience in the operation of industrial plants is advantageous, but no requirement.
• Work: independent, conscientious work with high quality standards and technical understanding.
• shift readiness: willingness to work in the fully continuous shift system.
