Projektmanager (m/w/d)

In the Technology & Research department, we combine interdisciplinary expertise, technological excellence and creative curiosity to actively shape the technological future of R osenxt. Our team combines specialists from different technical disciplines who jointly track and evaluate technological trends and developments and develop new innovation fields. As a technology manager, you play a central role at the interface between research, market and strategy . You coordinate technological impulses, translate market and future trends into feasible research initiatives and promote collaborative innovation and technology processes. The aim of your work is to identify sustainable technological opportunities from ideas and to sharpen our echnological orientation. As a technology manager, you are responsible for researching and designing the latest trends in sensor technology, robotics or artificial intelligence. In the promotion of innovations and new technologies, you will always take into account the needs of our existing business areas but also new applications.

Identification, evaluation and structuring of new technology potentials along our strategic orientation to the proof of concept (TRL 1-3)

Initiation and support of technology development and scouting activities in multidisciplinary research eams

Deduction of measures to improve and develop our technology Roadmaps

Construction and maintenance of interfaces between our business areas, strategic foresight and research projects

Design & moderation of interdisciplinary collaboration formats for prioritization and ideas

Cooperation with cross-functional teams to translate our research results into development projects

Cooperation with internal and external experts: women, research partners and technologist

Regular participation in conferences, technology forums and innovation networks

High capacity for networking and communication between technical disciplines and business units

Experience in methods of innovation and technology-oriented n Project Management s

Very good English skills in word and writing
