You work with internal project teams and as a project team member you take on the expertise for your field In the selection and execution of freelance services, you are responsible for the planning performance or partial planning performance according to HOAI incl. Planning and creating feasibility studies You are responsible for the control, quality and performance of externally commissioned engineering offices and exporting companies You work closely with project participants and support department management through practical advice You carry out the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services

You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Diploma/Master) preferably in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable field of engineering science. Further requirements: Ideally, you have a multi-year professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the field of civil engineering You bring safe knowledge in the common Microsoft Office products with A team-oriented personality with enforcing strength and strong customer orientation distinguishes you You have the ability and willingness to guide a Service-Kfz You bring the willingness to verify safety under the Safety Audit Act NRW, if an operation in safety-relevant areas e.g. the police or the judiciary You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
