You design and develop challenging programs for annual events, trade congresses & Summits as high-quality B2B networking products for executives and decision-makers from Germany, Europe, the USA and Asia You identify the latest digital business trends, discuss their development with managing directors and decision-makers worldwide, identify global players and hidden champions and acquire top level speakers from this environment You are project managers and guides & tax independent and targeted interdisciplinary project teams In the medium term you build your own product portfolio, which you are constantly evolving You work in the latest innovative topics from industry, such as the Internet of Things, autonomous driving or artificial intelligence

You're fresh from university, ready to rush into professional life and look for the perfect start-up job? You have a degree in Humanities/Social Sciences or BWL/VWL Ideally, you have first internships or can demonstrate experience in project management you have pronounced customer orientation and strong communication skills you are able to effectively contact executives and team members. You have a high level of willingness to learn, think analytically, can prioritize tasks quickly and purposefully and are able to think into complex topics in no time You are looking forward to working together in international and interdisciplinary teams, are confident and strong in communication
