Payroll Accountant / Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Wages and salaries You take on your own responsibility the payroll bill for clients from different industries and ensure a reliable and timely settlement. Customer support & advice You enter your own fixed client circle and assist your client in all billing-relevant questions. Also on topics such as Benefits and strategic grades, you introduce your expertise and develop individual solutions together. Specific accounting provisions You are working on diverse and demanding accounting topics such as occupational retirement, company vehicles, training costs, maternity protection and parental leave. In doing so, you will cover various groups of employees such as mini-jobbers, interns, students or old age pensioners and ensure that the particular features are correctly implemented. Communication and cooperation You are in regular exchange with clients, health insurance companies and other internal and external contacts. Evaluations & analysis You create evaluations, statistics and reporting and support clients in personal decisions. Digital Processes & Quality You work with modern digital processes and use DATEV staff as well as other tools to ensure efficient and high-quality processing.

Education & professional experience You have completed a training as a tax specialist (m/w/d), as a staff specialist (m/w/d), as a specialist (w/d) or a comparable qualification. Other commercial or tax training related to wage and salary accounting is also welcome. Ideally, you could already gain experience in the payroll accounting of a tax credit. Knowledge & Systems You have a well-founded knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law and you already have several years of experience in the field of pay accounting. You are familiar with the handling of DATEV LODAS, DATEV wage and salary or comparable accounting software. Language skills You have very good German knowledge in word and writing on at least C1 level. Client orientation & communication You enjoy personal exchange with clients and understand yourself as a competent person for their questions and concerns. Private initiative and further development You work actively and independently, communicate safely and share our passion for wages and salary.
