As the sole Executive Board, the comprehensive management of the association and its subsidiaries is in your responsibility – with the focus on strategic orientation, economic and human management and sustainable organisational development. Together with the departmental directors, you develop the diverse range of offers and further manage innovative projects in a targeted manner. You always keep in mind the occupancy and utilisation and use effective control mechanisms for optimization. As part of the further development of the institution, acquisition and rehabilitation measures are strategically planned and implemented in order to sustainably secure the infrastructure base for future growth. You conduct price and cost negotiations with contractors, service providers and cost providers – from costing to business plans to the conclusion of contracts. You report to the Supervisory Board at regular meetings.

You are an entrepreneurial personality with a pronounced economic view and have an academic degree in business management or Economics. Applications from the social economy and the free economy are welcome. Your multi-year leadership experience enables you to steer teams in a targeted manner, to accompany change processes and to create a value-adding leadership culture. A strong strategic thinking, combined with hands-on mentality and decision-making pleasure, distinguishes you. You identify themselves with the concept of a multigeneration house and understand how to effectively connect the different areas.
