You take responsibility for controlling and financial management within a dynamically growing group of companies – with the perspective of managing issues independently and developing them strategically. As a reliable Sparring partner*in, you are able to control operational processes as safely as possible, as well as to identify and shape superordinate relationships.

As a Financial Analyst / Controller (m/w/d) among other things belong to your task: Responsibility for varied tasks and projects related to controlling and financial processes Participation in business planning – especially in the timely creation of budgets, forecasts, cash flow calculations as well as monthly and annual accounts according to HGB Creation of management reports and target/actual analyses as part of the monthly reporting on business development Data management and consolidation of group companies by Lucanet Active participation in the optimization and digitization of financial and reporting processes – from analysis to implementation Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners such as auditors, banks and investors Support Head of Finance & Operations in Operational and Superordinate Tasks

Successfully completed economic studies with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting – ideally with master's degree or comparable qualification At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in financial / controlling, preferably in a consulting or technology-oriented environment Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot, PowerQuery, Data Modelling) and PowerPoint; Experience with Lucanet or similar consolidation or Reporting tools of advantage Trusts in dealing with internal and external contacts – from specialist areas to auditors to banks and investors Analytical thinking, pronounced process understanding and an entrepreneurial view for numbers and relationships Self-structed, structured and responsible way of working and the joy of actively promoting themes Very good communication skills in German and English
