Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US As an intern:in the Performance & Potential Management team, you work on conceptual and operational personnel and executive development topics and thus take an important role in our global success. We actively participate in the further development of the talent management system and gain exciting insights into various forward-looking issues around the People & Culture area. This helps you to further develop our corporate culture. You will gain a broad insight into the various key topics of the team members (including feedback, communication, IT, expert career). During the internship you will learn different interfaces to other areas as well as international contacts: both know and have the opportunity to introduce yourself independently and creatively.

Support in the further development of the international talent management system Participation in national and international projects of personnel and organizational development Support in the conceptual development of alternative career paths (e.g. expert course) Internal communication and research on personnel and executive development issues Participation in the design and implementation of training measures for different target groups Planning and design of workshops and preparation of presentation & communication documents for different target groups Configuring our personal development processes into our new, innovative talent management IT system in close cooperation with IT and an external implementation partner Active cooperation in support for our talent management system

Course in Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences or Humanities, Media & Communication Sciences or a comparable degree course Safe handling of MS Office applications Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Enthusiasm for conceptual, strategic tasks Ideally first experience in the field of personnel IT-Affinity Analytical thinking Team skills
