As a welder (m/w/d) in the automotive industry in Lübtheen, you take precise welding work on components and assemblies and make sure that every detail fits. In this position you work close to the product, with clear processes and an environment where clean craft counts.

• You carry out welding work on components for vehicle construction according to your specifications.
• Before welding, check workpieces, measurements and quality of preparation.
• You align parts, apply them and connect them with clean design.
• The reworking of the welds and the visual control are also part of your everyday life.
• You pay attention to dimensional accuracy, stability and consistently high quality of work results.
• In 3-shift operation, you work reliably in the coordinated production process.
• With your careful work, you help to process the finished components directly.

We are looking for

For this place you fit well when you are handcrafted, work carefully and bring first experience in welding or start fresh into the profession. It is important that you work concentrated, understand technical relationships and also remain reliable in the layer system.

• A completed training in the metal area or first practical experience as a welder is advantageous.
• You like to work precisely and pay attention to clean, resilient results.
• Technical understanding and safe handling of workpieces are of course for you.
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation.
• You bring reliability, team spirit and careful working.
• A safe handling of the typical requirements in vehicle construction makes it easier for you to enter this task.
