Specialist Advisor for Career Orientation and Training Marketing (m/f/d)

You develop creative and forward-looking impulses to support companies in recruiting young people and to accompany young people on their way to work. With your own initiative and enthusiasm, you actively go to companies and schools and build long-term, trusting partnerships. From speed dating to training rallyes to operational internships – you organize and accompany formats that connect schools and businesses. At training fairs as well as in workshops for teachers, parents and trainees, you also convince with modern, varied concepts – both digitally and locally.

You have a qualified professional qualification and a (start-up) training or degree (Bachelor) with reference to personnel topics and have already gained first practical experience. As an open, communicative personality, you advise competently, meet your interlocutors at eye level and find solutions-oriented ways in challenging situations. You like to work in the team, bring creative ideas and value a dynamic environment.
