you help us manage the software license requirements from the Axel Springer Group for large license volume contracts with Microsoft, Adobe and SAP you monitor the use of software and secure the software compliance with various tools you actively communicate with all participants in the process, e.g. internal customers, software manufacturers, purchasing and IT service providers you support IT projects and contribute your knowledge to technical challenges

you have very good knowledge in Office 365 Suite, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Excel you are interested in learning more about software licenses, license models and media as well as software contracts and understanding the relationships you bring technical understanding and a quick understanding to work on new topics you show customer orientation and can communicate complex facts easily you work independently and take responsibility for your tasks you want to work together with us as a team on solutions
