The Philipp-Reis-Stadt Friedrichsdorf is located at the foot of the Taunus with around 26,000 inhabitants and is located in the immediate cultural and economic area of the Rhine-Main area. With a friendly and well-cooperating team of 19 people, the Transport and Order Office is responsible for the road, the city police, the local registration office, the commercial office, the public office, the fire department, elections and the homeless shelter. Consultation, examination and decision on regulatory name changes Initial and subsequent assessment of cases of persons (births, deaths, marriages) Continuation / rectification of registers of persons and subsequent assessment of cases of persons entering abroad, taking into account German and foreign law Registration for the marriage and implementation of marriages Processing of personal statements such as e.g. declarations of names, declarations of paternity/mothership Consultation and pre-examination of requests for citizenship and the handing out of certificates of citizenship Discussion and processing of matters of citizenship Administrative tasks in cemetery and burial

Successful completion to/from management or a comparable qualification Safe and open-minded approach to citizens and intercultural competence it is desirable to complete the basic course for standoffs or alternatively the willingness to acquire it Time flexibility (e.g. in the case of weddings on Saturday) Secure application of MS Office products
