Junior Category Field Manager Convenience Stores (m/w/d) in the field at our service stations

This brings the position

• (further) Development of the food and non-food sectors at our gas station shops in terms of bestsellers, price policy, goods placement, shelf optimization, sales promotion measures, service quality etc.
• Ideas-finding, conception, implementation and analysis of tests for future-oriented convenience-sortimente (in cooperation with suppliers and sales partners at Allguth stations)
• Competent and service-oriented consulting of our sales partners in all matters of their shop day-to-day business while simultaneously switching our Allguth quality standards and best practice
• Identification of business potentials (for individual convenience stores as well as for our entire network) including derivation of recommendations for action
• Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of innovations, market trends, competition and consumer behaviour

This will bring you

• Business studies (with special focus on marketing, sales, sales management, retail management, retail and consumer management) or equivalent training and training
• First professional practice in trade as category manager or external service employee (food and/or non-food)
• Interest in costing and pricing of Convenience products
• A high degree of agility, self-initiative and hand-on mentality
• Examination skills in concept development and implementation in operational daily business at our stations
• Team player with strong social competence, communication strength and a safe occurrence
