You are responsible for the Regulatory Affairs department, including the central laboratory, and ensure compliance with all relevant food regulations You are responsible for food inspection for finished products (including declarations, ingredients, nutritional values, allergens, CMO) and ensure correct labelling Cross-departmental cooperation and consultation of internal stakeholders in food law issues and communication with external authorities and partners are part of your task Product data management and process and system development are part of your everyday life You control the chemical-physical central laboratory, secure the quality control of raw and finished products and drive its further development And you also work with internal audits and the HACCP team

A successfully completed study of food chemistry, technology, ecotrophology as the basis of your knowledge Mind. 6 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or quality assurance and quality management, preferably in the manufacturing food industry Knowledge and safe implementation of food legislation Communication and leadership skills and experience in project management At best knowledge of the software GRS SIGNUM as well as SAP S/4 HANA Secure communication skills in German and English completes all this
