You take over the procurement of consulting, training and other services, as well as the preparation and implementation of national and EU-wide procurement procedures, taking into account the applicable procurement regulations. You conduct direct orders and negotiation contracts independently and accompany the respective procurement processes from preparation to completion. You examine and process procurement procedures and advise the stakeholders and departments to carry out their procurement projects. You collect and maintain orders and contracts in SAP and ensure the ongoing updating of the contractual data in SAP contract management. You contribute to the further development and optimization of internal procurement processes as well as to the standardization and improvement of workflows. The two-year short-term activity offers you the opportunity to introduce your existing experience in a targeted manner, to take responsibility and to contribute to specific projects for the further development of procurement.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the activity, such as business administration, public management, public administration, administrative sciences or economic law. Alternatively, other educational paths or relevant professional experience in public procurement, procurement or contract management can also meet the requirements of the position.
