What you do with us: You are in the middle of it: you support the Executive Search & Development team, especially in the field of recruiting. You can rely on: independent maintenance of the Recruiting Database and creation of reports regarding occupation projects. You are an organizational institution: applicant management and appointment coordination with service providers such as coaches and personnel consultants. Your support is in demand: creation and revision of presentations as well as maintenance of internal job descriptions in SAP. You include: updating and maintaining internal documents and data.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: Your high motivation, team orientation, good communication skills and self-responsive, structured and conscientious way of working characterise yourself. You are enrolled:in the field of psychology, economics, economics, social sciences or comparable university studies, we are available for 5 months. With personal data, you'll be confident. You bring an affinity to HR topics and, at best, experience in dealing with electronic databases. Secure handling of the current MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) completes your profile.
