At the next time we are looking for the location in Neuss a Modern Workplace Engineer (w/m/d) full-time.

The team

We're a team of 12 people. Strong cohesion distinguishes us as a team. It is particularly important to us that all in the team have the same level of knowledge. Depending on the task complexity, it can be taken over by one or more persons.

These are your tasks

Maintenance, structuring and continuous development of technical documentation

Administration and support of Microsoft Intune environment during operation

Implementation and development of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for Mobile Devices and Desktops

Implementation and Optimization of Zero Touch Provisioning and Modern Endpoint Management Solutions

Working and implementing topics around Desktop as a Service (DaaS)

Use and use of CrowdStrike as part of the Endpoint Security (of advantage)

Support in 2nd Level Support for technical issues and disruptions

That makes you

Complete study of computer science, training as a specialist informant or comparable qualification

Knowledge of client hardware and Windows Lifecycle Management

Experience in the administration of Active Directory and/or Entra ID

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Team spirit, a structured way of working and strong communication skills

Ideally practical experience in managing macOS and mobile devices
