IT-System Administrator (w/m/d)

On-site support of employees in technical problems. Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linus server systems. Supporting our virtualized server landscape (installation, configuration, monitoring). Documentation of IT processes and solutions in the ticket system. Close cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth IT operation.

Complete training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informatics:in for system integration) or a comparable qualification. 3-5 years of professional experience in the IT field. Practical experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level). Safe handling of the administration of Windows servers. Experience with virtualization solutions, ideally VMware and Promox. Embossed communication strength and service-oriented mode of operation. Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach. Very good German knowledge (C1 level CEFR) Desirable, but no need: Basic knowledge of Linux systems. Knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash). Experience in dealing with network technologies.
