We are looking for our TüBus department first as a parental leave for 24 months

Teamleiter (m/w/d)

You run the team customer support and billing. You are responsible for the organization of the TüBus distribution. You develop the sales channels and optimize processes. You design the digitalization process at TüBus. You monitor key figures and create reporting. You conduct independent projects in the Abocenter.

You have completed your studies or completed training as well as relevant professional experience in the ÖPNV and/or sales. You have already gained first experience in the management of staff. You ideally know themselves well in project and process management. You are strong and customer-oriented. You have very good MS office and IT skills.
