(partial) project management for new customer projects in the field of SAP HCM Acquisition of ownership in the further development of our HR platform in the HCM, SuccessFactors and SAP Concur area Application Management in the field of SAP HCM with focus on the modules personnel administration, personnel accounting and organization management Implementation of change requests in ongoing operation and in projects Preparation and implementation of training and customer workshops Preparation and implementation of System Patches for the half-year and year change

Complete study of economics, human resources, business informatics or comparable Min. 5-year professional experience in SAP HCM Multiannual professional experience in projects including (partial) project manager, as well as in the application management of the SAP HCM application In-depth technical knowledge in the tax and SV law of the German billing Customizing experience in personnel administration and personnel accounting Project experiences in the ILM as well as sound knowledge in the GDPR Experiences in SAP Concur implementation projects and in AMS First experience in the technical implementation of H4S4 projects desirable Willingness to further develop SAP SuccessFactors German language skills (C1)
