As a project manager (w/m/d) digitalization, you actively shape the digital development of our organization. You control complex projects from planning to implementation, coordinate internal and external participants and ensure a structured and successful project implementation. With your experience in project management, you drive changes and make an important contribution to the sustainable digitization of the OOWV. You initiate and control digitalization projects, take responsibility for budget, quality and appointments and create reporting according to the project management office. Plan content and resources, carry out risk and stakeholder analyses and develop appropriate control measures. You control the project participants, coordinate internal and external service providers and manage steering circle meetings as well as workshops and meetings. You create project plans and develop concepts for structured project implementation using appropriate methods, such as agile project management or change management. In addition, you initiate the procurement of required materials and services, accompany alerts and involve internal experts (w/m/d) as well as stakeholders. With your experience, you support the further development of the Project Management Office.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Corporate Management or in a comparable field of study. You bring experience in project management and have successfully implemented digital solutions. You use agile methods to process project-related tasks in a structured manner. You have already coordinated interdisciplinary project teams and controlled external service providers. You can analyze markets and identify market trends, evaluate data and derive opportunities for innovation. You bring moderation capabilities and can present results convincingly. Your German knowledge is at least at the level of C1. You are open to missions and in possession of the Class B licence.
