(Senior) Process Manager / Project Manager Logistics and IT Processes, e.g. Business Economist, Industrial Engineer, Logistician (m/f/d)

As a project manager, you are responsible for our logistics and IT processes. With your expertise, you drive process optimization and create scenarios to improve our material and information flows in close coordination with the management levels. The balancing act between process management, IT, warehouse logistics, customers and you are close to the commercial and commercial employees. Your tasks in detail: You initiate and implement new process technologies for optimal interfaces and streamlined processes to improve the performance of our processes – in coordination with the operational areas and IT, and redesign entire logistics chains. With your excellent process understanding, you can identify sources of errors, analyze data and facts and create concepts, reports and key figures. In your interface function, you communicate between our operational process requirements regarding the adaptation to the warehouse management system and the customer's IT team. Project management lies with you: You work with or carry out projects actively and independently. The results of your continuous evaluation and standardized audits will be presented to you regularly by executives, the operative team and the customer, whose satisfaction you always have in mind.

Its basis is a successfully completed study of BWL, economic engineering, business informatics, logistics or a corresponding training. You will also bring the following skills and qualifications: You are experienced in the further development and optimization of logistical processes and have methodological competence – in the process design according to Six Sigma (DMAIC) and PDCA as well as in the time data determination according to REFA / MTM. First experiences in fault analysis (FMEA) and process modeling as well as knowledge in lean management methods are desirable. With your hands for numbers and your view for structures, you can draw conclusive analyses and easily present complex facts. In dealing with Excel, you are practiced – ideally, you also bring high IT affinity and application knowledge in warehouse management systems such as SAP EWM. Your working style is organized and your priorities are in sight; You feel comfortable in a project team and like to work together on solutions.
