Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

Strategy and Processes: Responsibility for the development and implementation of a sustainable quality management strategy and the continuous development of existing processes. Monitoring and optimization of quality processes across all OBI countries to increase efficiency and improve product quality sustainably Standards and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant national and international quality standards, laws and regulations for proprietary brands and self-sourcing articles System and analysis: Establishing a digital quality management system, including the evaluation and implementation of AI solutions. Evaluation of complaints and audit results for deriving improvement measures and compiling reports and presentations for management Leadership and control: leadership and development of your team. Management of strategic cooperation with external service providers:inside as well as close cooperation with the OBI Management Team and internal interfaces such as purchasing, sales and logistics. You are also responsible for the budget and the costs

Education and experience: You have a successfully completed master's degree programme and brings more than ten years of relevant professional experience with Expertise: Knowledge of QM standards, methods and tools (e.g. ISO 9001, Lean Management) and a profound understanding of national and international quality standards and compliance regulations Personal skills: You have leadership skills for the development and motivation of large teams. In addition, you are strong in communication and able to implement long-term QM strategies Language knowledge: flowing German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
