Powered by people. • Moisture and color value determination / grinding degree determination • calculation of the tare mean values (package)/tightness measurements (vacuum packaging) • application of residual oxygen determination/return pattern • Prefabricated goods control / weight-average control • Incoming goods inspection (sieving and microbiological examination) • Tara determination (packages) / calculation of Tara mean values • Finished goods control • Support of QMB in preparation of certification audit

Requirements: Knowledge HACCP Knowledge Microsoft Office; LIMS readiness to handle a commodity management system Personal requirements: order-consciousness, analytical thinking ability, flexibility and team capacity, joy in handling food
